According to our information, PPA, “Republic” and “Heritage” parties are negotiating on creating a separate oppositional branch. They still hope that the PPA may join them without any preconditions. According to our information, the PPA agrees with their recommendation, however they will accept that suggestion only if the mentioned parties agree to give all the 60 places in their proportional lists to the PPA. Notwithstanding, neither V. Manukyan, Raffi Hovhannisyan and nor Aram Z. Sargsyan agree with the PPA. While the PPA is trying to organize a board meeting to make decisions, the head of “New Times” party, Aram Karapetyan is trying to create another opposition branch. According to our information, for this purpose they met on February 14 at a restaurant located in Davitashen-Zovuni district.
