New machinery in Arabkir community

Yesterday the mayor of Yerevan, Yervand Zakharyan visited Arabkir community of Yerevan. The visit was connected with the presentation of newly imported snow cleaning machinery and a new “el-pass” documenting system installed in that community administration office. The municipality of Arabkir community has imported two new “Zil” model machines, two of which are small and are used for cleaning small streets and passes. “Clean Arabkir” CJSC of Arabkir community now has 45 machines. Arabkir community will receive more three machines in May from French city Plessis-Robinson. The head of Arabkir community, Mr. Hovhannes Shahinyan says that they have already placed an order for purchasing new professional machinery for cleaning pedestrian areas and in addition they will import several new scavenging vehicles in May. Mr. Shahinyan assures that in several months their community will already possess the necessary number of machinery equipments to organize its scavenging. “We still have some problems in the city connected with scavenging since most of the existing machinery equipments are not enough to organize all that work. As you see, the municipality of Arabkir community has imported a number of new machinery equipments. I think that the scavenging problem in Arabkir community will be solved soon. We should provide all the communities with the necessary machinery equipments to solve the problem of scavenging” said the mayor of Yerevan, Yervand Zakharyan.
