“The OSCE is trying to turn the guaranteeing of a group of countries’ foreign political interests to others into a vulgar instrument,” announced Vladimir Putin during the Security conference in Munich. “The bureaucratic system of the OSCE is hidden behind this; the system has nothing to do with the founding countries,” he continued, recalling that based on the general documents, the OSCE is called to provide humanitarian aid to the member-countries upon their requests. “This is an important issue, which we support. But that doesn’t mean interfering internal affairs. What’s more, that shouldn’t dictate how other countries should live and develop. It’s evident that this kind of interference doesn’t benefit the establishment of a real democratic country,” said Putin.
