According to our information, Haik Babukhanyan has applied to the Police of Kentron community to institute legal proceedings against Hrant Khachatryan for beating him. According to our information, the Police have decided to send Mr. Babukhanian for passing a medical examination for further medical conclusion. This is an extraordinary case in Armenia since politicians usually don’t apply to the Police to bring a case against each other.
