Answering to a question concerning corruption proposed by the head of Vanadzor office of Helsinki civil assembly, Arthur Sakunts, defense minister Serzh Sargsyan said that political parties are more corrupted than the other institutions and added, “Could you tell me any Armenian party that survives due to membership fees only?”
