“Do you remember that several years ago we talked about the “Caucasus” ship that would carry Armenian cargo and then that process was stopped? It seems that the process is finishing already. The “Port Caucasus – Poti” ship is going to be the second one connecting us with Russia, i.e. our dream of many years has come true”, said the head of the Producers’ and Businessmen’s union of Armenia to us. Mr. Arsen Ghazaryan says that this new ship may carry about 55 containers and it is in the last phase of technical treatment now. The ship will be operated till February 12-14 and will carry only Armenian cargo. It is not clear yet who the share holders are.
