The Armenian delegation will most probably not participate in the PACE spring session preparation. This is what head of the PACE Armenian delegation and Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Tigran Torosyan said during a press conference held on Monday as he tied that with the pre-electoral period in Armenia. The resolution on Armenia’s fulfillment of responsibilities and assignments was approved by PACE on January 23 and Tigran Torosyan considers the resolution as unprecedented compared to the previous resolutions with their positive accentuations.
