Tomorrow the army of Armenia will turn 15 years old. No doubt the development of the army has been the greatest achievement of Armenia over the period of 15 years. We feel safe due to our army.
Of course, there is still illegality and corruption in our army, however the army is one of the fewest institutions of our country, which the RA citizen can be proud of. On the other hand we need to comprehend that the long-term blockade of our country may bring to the elimination of the safety. So, when congratulating each other on this achievement we should wish the same to the diplomacy of our country.
