The Mili Mejlis of Azerbaijan is going to send a complaint-letter to the CoE PACE for depriving the representatives of the Azerbaijani delegation in CoE from “an opportunity to speak” during the discussion of the obligations of Armenia. In the opinion of the deputy-speaker of Mili Mejlis, Bahar Muradova, the Azerbaijani deputies were deprived from this opportunity on purpose.
