“I agree with the concerns of the defense minister connected with the military crimes growth tendency since that problem is one of the most important ones in our army” said the head of the Armenian Supreme Court, Hovhannes Manoukyan, concerning the defense minister’s concerns about the recent case of murdering two soldiers in Madaghis military unit. “I think the defense minister asked a good question since I think that if the court made a big mistake, certainly it will have its negative results” he said.
