The next meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers will take place on January 23 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation . American and French co-presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Brayza and Bernar Fasie will also take part in the negotiations.
