Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan received director of the Organization of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and ambassador Christian Strohal for a two-day visit in Armenia . The visit is aimed towards discussion of the OSCE ODIHR and Armenian cooperation and issues concerning the upcoming Armenian parliamentary elections. V. Oskanyan and Ch. Strohal emphasized the role of the OSCE in elaborating the Armenian electoral code, the training of electoral bodies and professional help.
