Following the recent scandal inside UCR party a secret recording was published in papers, which said that the former deputy director of the UCR, Haik Babukhanyan sold the places of their party in electoral commissions. There are rumors that as a result of this “deal” candidate for president’s position Aram Karapetyan received fewer votes in 2003. Karen Vardanyan that advocates Khachtryan says that Aram Karapetyan should act now. As for Aram Karapetyan, yesterday he told us that the recording was not enough yet and he had to collect more facts since that recording would not be enough for the court. “If I am involved in those things, I will be involved fully.
