On November 22 the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board issued an opinion (mainly positive and encouraging) about the economic development of Armenia. Yesterday by presenting this document in Armenia IMF permanent representative Mrs. Ninke Omes mentioned that within the past 20 days she was deciding to approve or not to approve this document. After reading the joint opinion of the IMF Executive Board Omes was opening the brackets in a more frank and courageous way than her predecessor, James Makeau.
