Yesterday the Euro Union announced that it does not recognize the Constitutional referendum in Karabakh. The EU once more notes that only the agreement between the ethnic Armenians of the region and Azerbaijan may drive the settlement process to its final peaceful solution. Besides that, the EU does not recognize the Constitutional referendum in Karabakh and its results and states that it does not help the peaceful and constructive settlement of the conflict.
