During a press conference, Nagorno Karabakh president Arkadi Ghukasyan talked about the help of the Armenian Diaspora and the results of the recent Telethon and mentioned that he has highly valued the results of the Telethon.
“I believe that gaining the trust of the Armenian Diaspora in the people of Karabakh and the authorities is one of the greatest victories of Nagorno Karabakh. The Armenian Diaspora trusts us and that’s why there are so many humanitarian projects being implemented in Karabakh. Our job is to not lose that trust,” said Ghukasyan. According to him, the Diaspora can do more.
“If we can manage to work correctly with the Diaspora, then there will be more and more Telethons in the future. We have the potential; we simply need to find the time and people who can open the hearts of the Armenians from the Diaspora. I believe that we have to spend more time on that,” added the Nagorno Karabakh President.
