According to “Trend”, head of the European Union Parliamentary Assembly subcommittee on Nagorno Karabakh lord Russel Johnston has said that he will preside the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani parliamentarians in late January 2007. The meeting will take place in light of the EUPA session.
“We must strive to create a healthy atmosphere and then discuss the issues, which we can solve through the means of a dialogue, for example, the transportation/communication issue,” said Russel Johnston.
