Why did Robert Kocharyan create another supporting political party when it already has “Prosperous Armenia”? In response to this question, vice-speaker of the National Assembly Vahan Hovhannisyan mentioned that that strategy can be explained by the variety of leaders in Armenia who, not having a potential group, can start a big scandal and throw down the reputation of Armenia in the eye of foreign organizations. In regard to “Prosperous Armenia” in particular, V. Hovhannisyan mentioned the following: “You know what? There are some people who may move to other fields if you kick them out of one field.”
