“ITAR-TASS” informs that according to the decision of the Russia’s Prime Minister, Mikhail Fradkov, the foreigners of Russian Federation will not be allowed to work in retail stores and markets of Russia at the end of 2007. Putin approved the mentioned decision of Fradkov. Starting from January 1st the foreigners will not be allowed to work in alcohol or medicine selling stalls and starting from the end of 2007 the foreigners will not be allowed to work in any retail stall.
