According to the Azerbaijani APA agency, the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers may meet in January. This is what the personal representative of the OSCE president Anjey Kasprchik said in his announcement. He has mentioned that he has already talked to both sides about the next meeting, but hasn’t received a response. It is worth mentioning that Kasprchik organized the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Defense Ministers Serzh Sarkisyan and Abiyev on October 20, during which both sides discussed the issue of maintaining the cease-fire regime.
