The “victims of state needs” gathered near the parliament again on November 13. They were demanding the parliament to reject the “draft on alienating properties for state needs”. The participants of that action were very decisive; they were going to demand the prime minister to resign. They even wanted to take some deputies captive in order to make the parliament reject the draft. Nevertheless, it was apparent that some of those participants were going to give up.
