There has been no information about the potential owners of the shares of Mikhaiil Baghdasarov ever since he decided to sell 30% of his share to “ArmSavingsBank”. Will the Russian “VTB” (Vneshtorgbank) bank agree to buy the stocks of the VTB-Armenia and become the only Russian trade bank with 100% Russian capital? If not, the VTB may not want to buy the share and it may be sold to SIL concern. Baghdasarov has already started negotiating with SIL concern on selling his share in the bank. According to elder deputy director of VTB bank, Vasili Titov, they have received a suggestion from Baghdasarov to buy the stocks of his bank and now they are discussing that issue. “We are interested in that offer and will definitely make the deal” said V. Titov. The latter said that they had to reach a mutual agreement.
