On October 16, President Robert Kocharyan paid a visit to the Yerevan municipality once again. This time he didn’t tell Ervand Zakharyan to go to the top floor and watch the roofs of the buildings of Yerevan. He just told the mayor that the adoption of “One window” is a good policy to help the development of information technologies. However, the president said that his supervising committee would follow up on the efficiency of that policy.
