The RA parliament organized a voting and ceased the personal untouchable right of Hakob Hakobyan (56 votes for, 22 votes against). The deputy made a speech in the parliament and hinted that he hadn’t been arrested due to the fact that everyone was given “something” instead. Concerning the rumors saying that the reason of the dispute was the fact that the deputy had conflicts with the head of the president’s body guard service, Grisha Sargsyan, the deputy said the following: “Grisha is my friend; I can call him and talk to him to solve the problems. However, they are not connected with the conflict at all. It was “a conflict between men”. The deputy doesn’t think that Grigor Sargsyan has given up on him and says that “Robert Kocharyan has not ordered to do such things”.
