On October 13, “Noravank” scientific and educational foundation organized a seminar entitled “Information war in the Internet and Armenia”. The main reporter of the seminar was expert Samvel Martirosyan, who said that it was very important for Armenia to get more information and increase the level of security of the energy sector taking into consideration the fact that since the beginning of the Karabakh war, Azerbaijan is actively using its potential to create obstacles for Armenia’s energy sector and hack Armenian sites.
