They can’t

NA vice-speaker Vahan Hovhannisyan complained at the parliament that before starting their session they didn’t thank France for adopting a law that imposes punishment for denying the fact that that there has been an Armenian Genocide. Our correspondent asked the vice-speaker whether it wouldn’t be better to adopt that law first in Armenia before the other countries and penalize, to which he answered, “Is there anyone in Armenia that denies that?” Following the mentioned question our correspondent asked what would happen if anyone denied the fact, to which Vahan Hovhannisyan said, “They can’t”.
