The Greek “OTE” company made an announcement denying the rumors that the company has already chosen the winner of the contest declared for selling 90% of the shares of “ArmenTel”. According to “Mediamax”, the mentioned statement informs that as soon as the contest is over and OTE makes a final decision, it will inform the public through the means of a press release. There are rumors saying that the share of OTE company in “Armentel” was sold to Arabic company “Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (ETISALAT)” consortium for $600 million.
