“I think that it has already been a month since the exchange rate went over the line. Banks are trying to implement an adequate policy to resist the increase. For instance, I know a company that announced about its policy a year ago in order to not make any transactions in dollars. We did the right thing by telling companies to forget about the dollar a year ago. When we are exporting products and receiving dollar from abroad, we have to work it out and decide what to do with that dollar. For instance, in such cases we can import technical facilities”.
