Sell stocks

Hrant Bagratyan, RA former prime minister has come up with a recommendation to the authorities
“Who said that the CB should either control inflation or exchange rates? There is another policy that does not concern these two. When the CB wanted to take the stock market it entered the parliament and solved its problem in an hour. Why should the insurance right be given to the CB? Now they can enter the parliament along with the government and tell them that times have changed and the roles should be changed as well. It turns out that we will have $1,5 billion money transfers, which will cause a problem in the society. We should solve the problem of money allocation. You can found a public organization, sell stocks to people with a long-term coverage period and help the society with its problem. Second, you can cover a part of the foreign debt with that money. You can transform it to internal debt. Thus you can found investment funds”.
