Without legislative amendments

-The growth of dram prices creates problems for the economy for sure. The $1,5 billion transferred to Armenia goes to the pockets of some investors. The real sector of the economy is incompatible. Armenia can’t develop the production for the time being; we’d better work with the importers instead. I think that it is possible to cut the capacities of foreign currency down by dram emission; it will not affect the economy. Later, that foreign currency may be used to cover the foreign debts or implement national programs. Today it is possible to do that without any essential legislative amendments”.
