Recently the U.S. Senate approved the revised law that doesn’t let providing support for the construction of Kars-Akhalkalak-Tbilisi-Baku-Kars railway. The mentioned law prohibits the American Eximbank “to provide any financial support for the construction of the railway connecting Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan, which doesn’t cross the territory of Armenia”. “Armenia is a good partner for America and we shouldn’t support any regional processes that may leave Armenia out of the regional processes”, said senator Santorum.
