New elections

The Dalar village community head elections will take place on October 22.The Armenian government has made a decision to end the term of former community head of the Dalar village Tigran Petrosyan due to his death. The Armenian government will provide 259,450 AMD for the local government elections. Tigran Petrosyan was killed by former village community head Gegham Badalyan on August 30. The reason for the murder was the fact that Petrosyan had decided to reveal the flaws of the village community head to the police. Although the nominations for the local government elections are unknown, the widow of Petrosyan, Tamar Hovhannisyan, is getting ready to take part in the Dalar village community head elections and is going to put up her candidacy. One of the relatives of G. Badalyan is also going to be nominated.
