Recently we asked press secretary of the Armenian foreign affairs ministry, Vladimir Karapetyan, what Armenia thought about the fact that the appointment of the new U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, Richard Hoagland, had been postponed, to which he answered that that’s America’s business. Meanwhile he said that the ministry had expressed its point of view when approving the appointing of the new Ambassador.
