On September 11, a fire broke out on the last floor of the building built on the crossroad of Lalyants-Teryan street of the Northern Prospect of Yerevan. People called firefighters and 5-6 trucks arrived. At 11:00 p.m., fire fighters were throwing metallic construction materials from the ninth floor of the building. Fire fighting groups finished their work at 11:30 p.m. Police officers that had gathered near that place didn’t say why the fire had broken out and that they couldn’t talk about anything until the minister didn’t order them to do so. The “godfather” of the Northern Prospect, RA former general architect Narek Sargsyan was also there. At night, there were rumors that the work being done in the building could have been one of the reasons for the fire.
