“It is amazing, but a negative factor such as migration has become a source for keeping Armenia and helping our economy”, says RA former prime-minister, leader of “Liberty” party, Hrant Bagratyan. The latter thinks that the foreign transfers that Armenia receives from abroad is our wealth and should be used in an optimal manner to support the development of the country, but not let local producers get losses. Mr. Bagratyan says that it is possible to implement such a policy only if we have a relative economical policy. “We already have a factor that covers 35-40% of the GDP. To transform this factor into money we may say that this sum is more than the sum that Azerbaijan receives from selling oil. We should use that money in an optimal manner”, says the former prime-minister.
