The Georgian police have arrested over 30 activists representing the “Justice” oppositional party. Other activists were arrested too. According to “Francepress”, the ministry of internal affairs has promised to make an official announcement concerning the people arrested soon. Nevertheless, lawyers say that the arrested are accused of state treason and a try to start a revolution. The Georgian “Justice” oppositional party is headed by former prime minister of Georgian ministry of security, Igor Georgadze, who is wanted by the Georgian police and “Interpol” and is accused of organizing sabotage against former Georgian president Shevardnadze and a trial to start a revolution during the term of the current authorities.
