According to our information, Mikhail Baghdasarov is going to sell the 30% share of “VTB Armenia” bank (former Armsavingsbank) that he owns to “SIL concern”, belonging to the family of the Sukiasyans. We asked and they approved the mentioned information. “We are currently in negotiations”, said a representative from SIL concern. Baghdasarov recently said that he was disappointed in the work of the bank. He also said that if the other shareholder of the bank, “Vneshtorgbank” did not buy the share he would sell it to a third party. “It is a famous Armenian organization with enough experience working with the Armenian banking system”, said Baghdasarov.
