Recently NA speaker Tigran Torosyan told our correspondent that if the political powers violated the agreement made between them to advocate 41/90 proportion of places in the new Electoral Code, they would insist on the proportion as 52/75 proposed by their party. “If there are new discussions, everyone will express their own opinions and those opinions will be quite different. As to what will happen, it all depends on whether the political powers will keep their agreement and promises or not”, said Tigran Torosyan.
