On September 2, Azeri foreign affairs minister Elmar Mamediarov announced that he had spoken to the French co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group, Bernar Fasie on the phone and the latter had suggested organizing a meeting of the Armenian and Azeri Foreign affairs ministers within the framework of the “Prague Process” either on September 12-13 in Paris or on September 14-15 in London. “I have agreed to meet. Currently the format of the meeting is being discussed. We will contact him soon and arrange the date and the place to meet”, according to “Trend” said E. Mamediarov. He also said that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan may meet by the end of the year. “The possibility of the meeting of the presidents depends on the results of the negotiations between the ministers”, said Mamediarov.
