On August 30, head of the Dallar village community of RA Artashat region, Tigran Petrosyan was killed not far from the community administration office. According to the sources of “Radiolur” agency, the community head was killed in his own car by the former community head of the same district, Gegham Badalyan, who went to the local police station and confessed. As of August 30, there wasn’t any official information available but rumor has it that these two persons had serious conflicts connected with money and taxes that were not paid to the budget, entities sold to foreigners and other financial conflicts.
