People over the age of 70 and had kept money in “Armsavingsbank” since June 10, 2003 will be given the same reimbursements very soon. Within the period of April 12 – May 12 over 62.000 citizens of Armenia have applied to the social security bodies to receive reimbursement. There have been many inaccuracies in the lists of names and those lists are currently being corrected. Several days ago, all relevant departments were ready to give reimbursements and had opened special accounts with that purpose. They will start giving reimbursements very soon. It is foreseen to provide one billion dram from the 2006 state budget.
