ARF member and deputy Spartak Seiranyan had this to say about Viktor Dallakyan advocating the system of being elected on minority proportion and calling it a mousetrap. “I may assume too that this system of 100% minority proportion elections is coming up for the purpose of making the other party return to the 75/56. I mean first of all we should understand what he really wants”, said Spartak Seiranyan. According to him, even though their party advocates the 100% minority proportional elections, as a result of negotiations they made a decision to advocate the 90-41 format in the current Electoral Code. ARF is not going to violate the agreement they have reached.
