According to our information, “Gazprom” company is going to buy “Prometey Chemprom” OJSC in Vanadzor city. The debt of the company covered 100 million dram back in 2005. We don’t have concrete information on how much the mentioned debt covers now. This company is the second biggest chemical company of Armenia and has paid only a little part of salaries to their employees.
