OSCE American co-chairman, Matthew Bryza arrived in Armenia on July 29. During his visit, he will meet with high ranking officials. After his visit to Yerevan, Matthew will go to Stepanakert, and then Baku. During the previous visits the co-chairmen refused to visit Karabakh, claiming that they were very busy and met with the president of Karabakh in Yerevan. This time it seems that Bryza wants to change that “tradition”. Some non-governmental organizations are going to go out on a strike against the visit of Matthew Bryza. In regard to this, the ministry of foreign affairs said that the guests would be well-protected and it was rare to see anything happen.
