“Armenia will have the best elections ever in 2008”, said Serge Sargsyan after the Republican party board meeting and added, “I will make sure that happens”. In response to the question as to whether he hadn’t done so before that, he said, “Of course I did. I said the best. Best is better than good. All the elections were better than the ones before, this was what observers said, but of course there were flaws”.
