Armenia missed one more summit

26/07/2006

The president’s office informed “168 Hours’ that on July 21 Robert Kocharyan could not visit Russia to participate in the non-official summit of CIS countries. According to the president’s correspondents, the president couldn’t make the trip because he isn’t feeling too well. The press department of the president’s office said that doctors found out that the president had breathing problems. The Georgian president did not take part in the CIS non-official summit either because he is busy with forming a new government and doesn’t have time for such things.

In fact, neither Armenians nor Georgians will take part in the discussion entitled “The situation in the world and in CIS particularly”. The summit is gong to discuss these issues and Armenia missed this one again.
