There are rumors saying that Armenia is negotiating with Russia, as a result of which it may give its “ArmenTel” stocks to Russia instead of the stocks of “Mars” factory. Recently RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan gave an interview to “Regnum”, where he said that the Russian minister of transportation discussed issues during his visit to Armenia on how to find good solutions for operating the companies that Russia was given in exchange for its debt. “One of the Russian companies, “Systema” wants to either privatize or take control of the “Mars” company. The company is going to present its future business plan to the Russian government. It is to be agreed with the Armenian government as well”, said A. Margaryan. As for “Armentel”, A. Margaryan said that they were following-up on the process of competition organized by OTE.
