On July 21, EU representative in Southern Caucasus, Peter Semnebi met with the minister of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan and told him that the issue of burning forests in the territories under the control of the Armenian army would be discussed in the EU office of Brussels. Mamediarov said that fires were tragic for the region and by stopping them in Armenia with the help of Azerbaijan would support the sides to create mutual trust.
