Prices for resting homes and cottages in Sevan have gone up almost twice and have attracted tourists to rent cheap houses in Georgia. People pay 20 dollars in order to rent a poor cottage in Sevan. However, there are good cottages too, for which people pay the equivalent to the price for a five star hotel near the Mediterranean, i.e. the “Sheraton” hotel. In this field of business, Armenians follow international standards, so we see the difference clearly.
