RA foreign affairs minister Vartan Oskanyan has announced that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan had not arranged any meetings for the future. Mr. Oskanyan said that the issue would not be discussed with the American co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group during his visit to the region. In spite of that, Mr. Oskanyan said that anything is possible.
